I have suffered from back pain for twenty years due to a herniated disk. For the first time in two decades I am pain free. Julie completely changed my nutrition (which was awful, I realize now). She prepared a work out routine perfectly tailored for me like an Italian dress. I saw results in less than a month. I lost weight, gain muscle and more importantly, I am pain free. I am also much less stressed out, more ''zen'' and I have energy like I never had before in my life. I highly recommend Elite Coaching.
J'ai été client pour un contrat de 12 semaines. Ils sont très professionnels et gentils. C'est un service personnalisé qui part de ta situation actuelle pour atteindre le prochain niveau/tes objectifs. Tu as le choix du nombre d'entraînements que tu effectues avec Elite Coaching et tu t'entraînes dans un autre gym pour atteindre le nombre de séance visé par semaine. C'est très flexible. À chaque mois, l'entraîneur te prépares un nouveau programme d'entraînement personnalisé. Lors des séances de nutrition, tu y apprends comment bien t'alimenter, les habitudes de sommeils à corriger, et tu peux y voir les différentes statistiques sur ta progression (poids, pourcentage de gras, masse maigre, etc.). C'est intéressant car tu peux voir une amélioration tangible d'une séance à l'autre. Lors des entraînements, tu apprends comment bien te positionner pour que les muscles travaillent correctement et éviter les blessures. En 12 semaines, j'ai perdus du gras, pris du muscle, appris les bases de l'entraînement (je partais de zéro) et de l'alimentation; je mange maintenant 4 repas santés par jour, et j'ai beaucoup plus d'énergie qu'avant, aller au gym fait maintenant partie de ma routine. Le service offert est vraiment de qualité. Un grand merci à l'entraîneur Simon!
I'm not a client here. I was a student for a course taught here.The gym is beautiful and nicely organized. They even have a transformer bar so I was like a kid in a candy store. Any gym that has those know you be in good hands.Francois's teaching and coaching style is simple.He makes complicated information simple.Will come to train here when I'm back in Montreal.

I started getting pain in my shoulders and arms (I’m a hairstylist). My job is very physical and I work long hours. I needed to get stronger in order to eliminate the pains I was getting. This was my first reason for joining Elite Coaching. Second, I just turned 42, and there’s no way I was going to let older age get to me, plus I really want buns of steel! ☺️ Little did I know that I’d get so many other benefits by joining!I was really impressed by the whole Elite process from the very beginning. The initial questionnaire really targeted my whole lifestyle. Like my sleeping habits, eating habits, goals, just to name a few. I knew as I was answering the questions, that this program was going to be fully custom made, just for me. And I really felt that the Elite team were going to support me in what my goals were to be.I love that they started me off slowly, and every session I built up my strength. I feel stronger and stronger after every session. I actually started seeing results in only two weeks. I had more energy, I was less bloated and I definitely felt stronger! I was hooked!! My clothes were already fitting better and most importantly I was already feeling more grounded, and I was so proud of myself for taking control of my health! The Elite team are great motivators, everyone is always so nice, the whole team is there to encourage me! I did a 3-month program (nutrition and personal training) in Elite Coaching. My objective was to lose weight and the experience was amazing and outstanding. I lost substantial body weight and my body become in good shape. I think the team of Elite Coaching has the knowledge and the experience that match each person needs and target their objective. Many thanks to all the members of team and I highly recommend the gym to other people who want challenge their bodies and see the good results.

C’est une coach avec beaucoup de talent, investis et prête à partager toutes ses connaissances. Separating my review into sections because I think it’d be interesting to go a bit in depth about Elite Coaching :)Personal Background:I started at Elite Coaching in June 2021. I wanted to be stronger for my sports (aggressive skating, roller derby) and fix my nutrition. I’ve always been very athletic from a very young age, but never had healthy eating habits, basically eating 1 to 2 meals a day, never hydrating.First Steps:Firstly, the team at Elite Coaching really cater to your goals and needs- it’s extremely personalized to you. They will sit down with you to talk about what types of workouts you like to do, what you don’t like to do, what are your habits, what do you exactly want to achieve, all to help design the program that will give you the best results. Any questions or concerns you have, they’ll answer. They’ve dealt with many people from all walks of life, and will give you plenty examples, which helped me feel comfortable in what I’m investing in.Program DesignsWhat I found unique about Elite Coaching is the weights that they have- most gyms will have weights increase from 5, 10, 15, etc, but at Elite Coaching they’re able to increase their weights by just 1 lb. Progress isn’t always linear, but at least for me, it helps with the motivation and journey, knowing I can conquer heavier weight in small increments. Programs change in a few weeks, so you’re not always doing the same thing for 12 weeks or 24 weeks. I go to EC 2x week and train at my gym by myself 1x week. So far, I haven’t seen any other clients have the same exact program as me.I love the BioSignature approach they do, it has helped me see the impact of the small changes in my nutrition and wellness sooner than I expect (usually within 2 weeks). It taught me a lot about how many things affect our body, including stress, sleep, hydration, and types of food. Since we check this very frequently, we’re able to set small goals that are realistic and achievable.Staff:I love the staff. Gabriella (Administrative Assistant) is super nice and welcoming, she was the first person I spoke to who gave me a summary of what Elite Coaching offers before speaking to Francois, who sat down with me for an hour to talk about my goals and needs (also to note, I was mentally preparing myself to train 5 days a week, but he told me that 3x is sufficient for my goals since rest is important. That was a big eye opener for me, contrary to what I was told in college lol). My main coach from the beginning is Julie, who I absolutely love to death. She has great positive energy and genuinely cares about your improvement and growth. I always look forward to our sessions together. She has gone above and beyond for me and I’m super thankful for everything she’s done for me, but mainly for being a huge positive influence in my life. I’ve had at least one training session with all the other coaches, who are also very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone always says hi when you arrive and bye when you leave 😊Pricing:Just want to mention that pricing is subjective, what I consider “expensive” or “inexpensive” might not be “expensive/inexpensive” for others. So rather than commenting on whether it’s “expensive” or not, I want to note that I’m getting the most out of what I’m investing. I honestly highly doubt another gym would give me the same results as I’m getting at Elite Coaching, and I did a lot of research on other gyms before settling here. Everything makes sense to me for what I want to do and for my habits. I was very serious about making changes to my health and lifestyle. I cared more about making sure I get the results I wanted, to understand why I’m doing the things I’m doing.That’s it! It’s been about 10 months now and I’m a completely different person. I eat at least 3-4 meals a day now, I have much more energy throughout the day, and I don’t have to worry about my strength when I’m participating in my sports. I still have many things to work on, like my water intake, but I honestly feel great and know what I need to do thanks to Elite Coaching. Merci!
I have been training with elite coaching for the past nine months and it has been nothing short of amazing. I have been working with Julie to improve my fitness and making lifestyle changes in nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management. Like for most people, the pandemic took a toll on me in terms of physical and mental health and I appreciate the support of the staff here in helping me make improvements in my health. In the next few months, I will going back to training for rowing (which I used to do many years ago). I'm looking forward to the support and training I am getting at elite coaching to get me back at my competitive self. Thank you Julie and Francois.

J'ai décidé de faire un programme de 12 semaines chez Elite Coaching pour améliorer ma mobilité et ma force musculaire mais aussi pour être meilleure dans les autres sports que je pratique (cyclisme, paddle et hiking). J'ai beaucoup progressé en force mais j'ai aussi amélioré ma composition corporelle. Le volet nutrition est très intéressant pour améliorer votre gestion des glucides. Je recommande l'entraînement privé et le suivi en nutrition sans hésitation.
I completed a 4 month program here with Carl as my trainer, and the level of detail and knowledge for training, nutrition and follow-up was exceptional. I would highly recommend this place for any sort of personal training fitness goal.
Cela fait un peu plus d’un mois que je m’entraine chez Elite Coaching avec Julie et je suis très content des premiers résultats.Les coaches offrent une approche holistique qui passe non seulement par l’entrainement physique, mais aussi par l’alimentation, la gestion du sommeil et d’autres facteurs tel que le stress. Ils proposent de petits changements à apporter à ses habitudes pour optimiser ses résultats.Une chose que j’apprécie particulièrement est que leurs propositions ne sont pas péremptoires, mais informées et adaptées à chacun. J’ai par exemple du mal à créer des routines, Julie a présenté des petits changements à mon alimentation de manière progressive ce qui m’a permis de les intégrer et les maintenir.Les entraineurs, Julie dans mon cas, sont extrêmement compétents et son capable de s’ajuster à tout les niveaux. Étant un débutant, nous avons commencé en nous concentrant à corriger mes faiblesses. Elle s’assure aussi constamment que les exercices soient correctement exécutés afin d’éviter toutes blessures.Je recommande sans hésiter ce gym privé et particulièrement Julie. C’est un plaisir d’y aller s’entrainer et de voir les résultats qu’on y obtient.
Started training around 2 months ago. Wanted a radical lifestyle change with regards to food and exercise. I have now lost 22lbs in around 8 weeks. Feeling stronger, healthier and more confident in general.I no longer take a lot of medication/supplements that I was taking before and my mental health is definitely improving.Thanks team!
Début Juin 2021 : appel de "Elite Coaching" pour commencer mon entraînement.J'avoue qu'à ce moment j'avais envie de dire non. Je prevoyais un été à base de barbecues et bières.Mon 1er entrainement a été un vrai calvaire. Je n'ai même pas pu faire la moitié des exercices... je me reprenais mes années de mauvaise alimentation, alcool et cigarettes.Malgré tout ça, et grâce à Carl et François mes habitudes de vie ont commencé à changer; mon alimentation devient plus saine, mon sommeil plus profond et réparateur, mon mental plus fort et surtout mon poids diminua.Les 1er resultats se virent au bout de quelques semaines. Maintenant je peux me regarder dans le miroir et me dire "hummm quel beau gosse" ^^.Elite Coaching n'est pas juste une salle de sport. C'est une équipe de passionnés et de professionnels qui sont là pour vous. Qui sont là pour adapter votre nutrition et vos exercices pour que vous ayez les meilleurs résultats possible.Jamais ailleurs j'aurais pu avoir une telle aide et une telle motivation.
