Common questions
How long before I see results?
Typically, clients get noticeable results within the first week, if not within the first 2 weeks. That comes from the assessments: we know where to focus, so we change one or 2 things rather than everything at once. Early on it shows up as improved energy, sleep, mood, digestion and how your clothes fit. The InBody picks up the body-composition change weekly from there.
How will I know it’s working if the scale isn’t moving?
The scale isn’t what we measure. Every week we measure your body composition on our medical-grade InBody scanner: fat, muscle and water, separately. A scale can’t tell you that you lost 2 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle. It just says you stayed the same, when your body actually changed by 4 lbs. That’s what tells us exactly what to adjust.
I’m training hard and eating well, and nothing is happening. Why?
Usually one of two things: you’re training too often and recovering too little, or the food isn’t right for you. Healthy doesn’t automatically mean right for you. Underneath both is the same problem, no way to measure what’s working, so it stays guesswork. Your first assessment is designed to end that, and to find out which of the two is yours.
I’ve tried Orange Theory, CrossFit or group training and got nowhere. How is this different?
Every session here is one-on-one, by appointment only, with nobody else in your session. Your coach knows your assessments, your injuries and your most recent measurements. We measure you every week, so a problem shows up in days rather than months. And if those formats didn’t work for you, that’s not your fault.
