Beginning of June 2021: call from “Elite Coaching” to start my training.
I admit that at that moment I wanted to say no. I was planning a summer of barbecues and beers.
My first training session was a real ordeal. I couldn’t even do half of the exercises… I was rehashing my years of bad eating, drinking and smoking.
In spite of all this, and thanks to Carl and François, my life habits began to change; my diet became healthier, my sleep deeper and more restful, my mind stronger and especially my weight decreased.

He was already training with his brother – heavy training with long breaks (5 sets of 5 reps). It looks good in the gym – but it wasn’t getting the results he was looking for.
To achieve his goals, it was important that he became as lean as possible (lose fat) before doing his mass gain phase.
Since he already had a base in training, we were able to give him the most rewarding exercises from the start:
dips
chin-ups
squats
deadlifts and variants
These exercises pay off because they recruit several different muscles and have a high metabolic cost.
Phase 1:
Accumulation 1, 3-4 x 10-12
Advanced German Body Comp – AGBC
low carb, med. fat, high protein
He responded so well to this first phase that in only 1 month he had lost enough fat to move on to mass gain.
Phase 2:
Intensification 1, 4 x 3-5 + 6-8
Superset same muscle group
about 200 g post workout carbs
Since he could now handle the carbs well in this second phase, I had increased the carbs a lot after the training to fill the muscles with glycogen. It is the carbs that allowed him to have this muscular look without gaining fat because he was now sensitive to insulin following the BioSignature analysis.
It should be noted that his nutrition was not perfect, and that he lacked consistency in his training. If Sébastien is able to achieve such good results without having done everything perfectly – imagine what you can achieve with Elite Coaching.
